Garry Hojan, the founder of The Optimal Business, created the company out of a career of helping business owners in seeing and capturing their business’ potential.
We understand your business because we are business owners. We have experiential lessons in retail, manufacturing, and engineering that bring practical and real understanding and solutions to your business challenges.
We believe that our experience, and more importantly results, in business operations and growth has value. We apply that value to your specific business needs.
